To find your approximate size in a Road Bike: measure in centimeters your upper body between your larynx and your navel and add 10 cm to find your suggested top tube measurement. Women add 8 cm to that measurement .
This measurement should be close to top tube measurements identified with frame sizes

To find your correct size in a Road Bike measure in centimeters your body between your navel and your larynx and add 10cm. However for Touring shorten that to 8 cm That measurement should come as close as possible to the size listed on the following chart for the top tube (t.t.) length.

50cm (52cm t.t.), 52cm (53.5cm t.t.), 54cm (55cm t.t.), 56cm (56cm t.t.), 58cm (57.5cm t.t.), 60cm (59cm t.t.), 62cm (60cm t.t.). All Specialized frames are sloping top tubes therefore you will have plenty of clearance for your soft parts (40mm of clearance).

Current Shimano groups with 10 speed freewheel cassettes are Shimano 105, Ultegra and Dura Ace .Gear configurations 20 spd (compact or standard) or 30 spd
Current Shimano groups with 9 speed Cassettes are Shimano Sora and Tiagra . Gear combinations 18 speed or 27 speed.
